Refund Policy
Effective date: August 8, 2026
Because credits are consumed divisibly, a refund is assessed against the unconsumed balance. Credits already consumed are not refundable.
1. Refund terms

| Credit pack | Unconsumed balance remains | Refund of the remaining balance, less a ~20% fee |
| Subscription | Within 7 days and wholly unused | Full refund |
| Subscription | Past 7 days, or partially used | Pro-rated: remaining amount after deducting days or uses consumed, less a ~20% fee |
| Either | Substantially used, or past 7 days on a used plan | No refund |
"Substantially used" means 100 or more candidates sourced.
2. Refunds after consumption
A refund is computed only against the unconsumed balance, so a granted refund never drives the balance negative.
3. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal available under applicable law.
