Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Cofa Sourcer (sourcer.cofa.app), operated by KRAFTON, Inc.

2. The service

Cofa Sourcer is a recruiting tool. It searches public professional information, uses AI to evaluate candidates against a job description, and lets recruiters send outreach from a mailbox they have connected themselves.

3. Accounts

  1. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  2. Accounts are intended for organisational use; the organisation is responsible for the actions of its members.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use Cofa for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on a person
  • send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, or impersonate anyone
  • present an AI-generated assessment to a candidate as a decision about them
  • scrape, resell, or redistribute candidate data obtained through the service
  • build a competing people database
  • connect a mailbox you are not authorised to send from

4.1 You are the sender

Outreach is sent from your own mailbox, in your own name. For all legal purposes — including 정보통신망법 and CAN-SPAM — you are the sender. You are responsible for message content, honouring opt-outs, and obtaining any consent required in the recipient's jurisdiction. Cofa provides drafting assistance and an opt-out mechanism; it does not send on its own behalf.

5. Credits and payment

5.1 The service is provided through prepaid credits consumed within Cofa.

5.2 Credits are denominated in units of service, not currency, and the number consumed varies by feature.

5.3 Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits:

  • may be used only within Cofa Sourcer, by the purchasing organisation
  • cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or given to another person or organisation
  • cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or converted into cash, except for the refund of unused balance under §5.5
  • confer no right against any third party

5.4 Expiry. Credits currently do not expire. If an expiry period is introduced, it will be disclosed before purchase and will not apply retroactively to credits already sold.

5.5 Refunds. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Your data and ours

  1. You retain rights in the job descriptions, documents, and lists you upload, and grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.
  2. You confirm you have the right to upload any document containing another person's information, and to have us process it for recruiting.
  3. Personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
  4. We do not use your content to train generalised AI models.

7. Warranties and liability

  1. The service is provided "as is". AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by a human before use.
  2. We limit our liability to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.

8. Suspension and termination

  1. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.
  2. We may suspend accounts that breach §4, following notice.
  3. On termination, unused credits are handled per the Refund Policy.

9. Changes

We will post changes on this page. Material changes disadvantageous to credits already sold will not be applied retroactively.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
